The service

Nevatown and its game worlds (*.nevatown.ai) are currently free. The games are updated often, so gameplay, numbers and content may change at any time; worlds marked BETA are still being tested. We try to keep things running but can't promise there will be no interruptions, and we may change or close a world.

Accounts

Keep your account secure. Don't use scripts, bots, cheats or mass sign-ups to farm resources, rankings or rewards.

Content you post

• What you write, draw or name in the games may be shown to other players and is processed by AI (see the Privacy Policy).
• Don't post anything illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, or that infringes others' copyright or privacy, and don't impersonate anyone.
• We may remove content that breaks these rules and, in serious cases, restrict or ban the account.
• You keep your rights to what you create; you let us store, display and process it with AI so the games can show and use it.

AI-generated content

Many characters, conversations and images in the games are generated by AI. They may be wrong, inappropriate or untrue, don't represent our views and aren't advice. If you see something inappropriate, tell us via Updates / Feedback.

Virtual items

Coins, items, cards and the like are virtual, usable only in the games, have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money. Don't buy or sell accounts or items outside the games.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. For interruptions or data loss caused by networks, third-party services (including AI model services) or events beyond our control, we'll do our best to recover but accept no liability beyond what the law requires.

Contact

Use Updates / Feedback → Feedback in any game, or reach us on the Nevatown Discord.

Changes

We may update these terms; continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
