这份说明适用于哪里

涅瓦（nevatown.ai）和它下面的各个游戏世界（*.nevatown.ai）。各个世界共用同一套做法，个别世界有不同的地方会在下面单独写。

我们收集什么

• 账号：你注册时填的用户名；用邮箱登录的话，还有邮箱地址（用来发登录验证码）。我们不收集真实姓名、手机号、身份证号。
• 游戏数据：你在游戏里的进度、角色、物品、对局记录，以及你主动写下或画下的内容（聊天、留言、给 AI 角色发的话、画作、起的名字）。
• Cookie 和本地存储：一个访客标识（nt_vid，用来统计有多少人来过）、每个世界的登录状态、你选的语言（nt_lang），以及浏览器本地存储里的一些界面设置。我们不用第三方广告追踪或第三方统计脚本。
• 访问记录：服务器会记录打开页面的时间、网址、IP 地址、浏览器类型、从哪个网站或渠道过来，用来统计访问量、排查故障和防止滥用。
• 反馈：你在游戏里「更新·反馈」写给我们的话。
• 推送通知（个别世界）：你同意接收通知时，浏览器给的推送订阅信息。随时可以在游戏里或浏览器设置里关掉。

AI 怎么处理你的内容

这些游戏由 AI 驱动。你在游戏里输入的文字、画的画等内容，会发送给大模型服务（通过我们使用的模型网关）来生成回复、识别画作或生成图片。请不要在游戏里输入密码、手机号、住址等个人隐私。AI 生成的内容可能不准确，不代表我们的观点。

我们用这些信息做什么

• 让游戏正常运行、保存进度、发登录验证码；
• 统计和改进游戏（比如哪里卡住了、哪里不好玩）；
• 排查故障、防止作弊和滥用。

我们不出售你的个人信息，也不拿它投放广告。

公开显示的内容

有的玩法会把你的用户名和作品公开给其他玩家看，比如排行榜、「首创 / 首炼」署名、图鉴、公开的分享卡。请不要用你不想公开的名字当用户名。

存在哪里、存多久

数据存放在位于日本的服务器上。账号和游戏数据在你使用期间一直保存；你可以要求删除账号和相关数据。访问记录和日志只用于统计和排查问题，到不再需要时清理。

未成年人

如果你未满 14 岁，请在监护人同意和陪同下使用。

你的权利

你可以要求查看、更正或删除你的账号和数据。请在任意一个游戏里点「更新·反馈 → 提意见」告诉我们，写清楚是哪个世界、哪个用户名；也可以在涅瓦的 Discord 里联系我们。

变更

这份说明可能会更新，更新后会改上面的日期。重要的变化会在游戏里的更新日志里说明。

Scope

This policy covers Nevatown (nevatown.ai) and its game worlds (*.nevatown.ai). All worlds follow the same practices; anything specific to one world is noted below.

What we collect

• Account: the username you choose and, if you sign in by email, your email address (used to send sign-in codes). We don't collect real names, phone numbers or ID numbers.
• Game data: your progress, characters, items and match history, plus content you create (chat, messages, what you say to AI characters, drawings, names you give things).
• Cookies and local storage: a visitor ID (nt_vid, to count visits), your sign-in session for each world, your language choice (nt_lang), and some interface settings in your browser's local storage. We don't use third-party advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
• Access logs: when pages are opened, the URL, IP address, browser type and referring site or channel, used for traffic statistics, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
• Feedback: anything you send us through the in-game Updates / Feedback tab.
• Push notifications (some worlds): the push subscription your browser provides if you opt in. You can turn it off in the game or your browser at any time.

How AI handles your content

These games are powered by AI. Text you type, drawings you make and similar content are sent to large-language-model and image services (through the model gateway we use) to generate replies, recognize drawings or create images. Please don't enter passwords, phone numbers, addresses or other personal details in the games. AI-generated content may be inaccurate and doesn't represent our views.

How we use it

• To run the games, save your progress and send sign-in codes;
• To measure and improve the games (where players get stuck, what isn't fun);
• To troubleshoot and prevent cheating and abuse.

We don't sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Publicly visible content

Some features show your username and creations to other players, such as leaderboards, "first creator" credits, collections and public share cards. Please don't use a username you don't want shown publicly.

Where and how long

Data is stored on servers in Japan. Account and game data are kept while you use the service; you can ask us to delete your account and its data. Access logs are used only for statistics and troubleshooting and are cleared when no longer needed.

Children

If you are under 14, please use the games with a parent's or guardian's consent and supervision.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your account and data. Tell us via Updates / Feedback → Feedback in any game (include the world and your username), or reach us on the Nevatown Discord.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Significant changes will be noted in the in-game update log.
